Bridal Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing my services! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help you look and feel your best on your special day. To ensure that we're on the same page, please take a moment to read through my terms and conditions. I've tried to make them as clear and straightforward as possible, but if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Bridal services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Without a deposit, your date is not secured and may be open to other enquiries in the meantime.
I ask for a non-refundable booking deposit of £100 to cover my administrative costs and to hold your wedding date. This deposit will be used towards the trial and deducted from the final balance.
Final payment is due one calendar month prior to the wedding day.
Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment for services must be made by bank transfer only. Cash payments are not accepted.
If you need to cancel your booking entirely, you must give me at least two months' notice.
If you cancel after this time, you will still be required to pay the full amount for the cancelled services by the specified due date.
If payments are not received, legal action may be taken to recover losses and protect the business.
On the rare occasion that I am unable to fulfill your booking due to illness or injury, I reserve the right to cancel and will give you a full refund within 3-5 working days.
The trial appointment is a critical component of my services and typically lasts up to 3.5 - 4 hours, unless we mutually agree on a different time frame. To ensure that I deliver the best possible results, I reserve the right to recommend another trial session if the current one exceeds 4 hours to prevent fatigue for both parties.
I strive for excellence in all my services and want you to be completely satisfied with the results of your trial. During this appointment, please let me know if you have any concerns or uncertainties about the outcome. I will happily adjust the style as needed to achieve your desired look.
Please note that additional trial sessions will incur an extra cost, so I encourage you to make the most of the first one.
I am only available for weekday trials as I reserve Saturdays for wedding events.
Health & Safety
For both the trial and the wedding day itself, I require a clean surface for makeup application, a table and chair to set up all my equipment, close access to electricity points, as well as access to natural light.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse services to anyone who may pose a potential hygiene or health risk.
While I adore children, I must prioritize their safety and ensure that they remain at a safe distance from the styling tools and expensive products during the appointment. Please avoid having children sit on your lap while I am styling your hair or applying makeup. Please note that I will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur due to the misuse of my styling tools.
Please be advised that smoking is prohibited in the vicinity of my makeup kit and workspace. While I take every precaution to avoid allergic reactions, it is your responsibility to notify me of any known allergies. I will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur if any skin or hair conditions were not made disclosed before the application of makeup or hair products.
Unfortunately, if you or any member of the wedding party has an eye or other contagious infection on the trial or wedding day, I won't be able to provide makeup application due to hygiene reasons. No refund will be due in this case.
I offer mobile service only, which means we'll come to you! I cover London area and charge a travel fee of £30
If there are delays on the wedding day that are out of my control (e.g. you are late or not ready), there will be no refund if I am not able to complete the work as scheduled, and no compensation will be offered if I need more time to finish. If there are any factors that could potentially delay the service provider's arrival, please inform me as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly. If there are any delays caused by other vendors, guests, or members of the bridal party, I will not be responsible, and no refund or compensation will be given.
In order to keep my portfolio up to date with professional images of my gorgeous brides , I kindly request that you notify me if you do not wish to be photographed or if you do not consent to the use of your images for marketing purposes. I request that any images depicting me in action, or showcasing my hair and/or makeup services , are credited to us me when displayed on social media . Please kindly make reference or credit me as the hair and/or makeup artists -thank you. Finally, I just wanted to let you know that if you need an early morning booking with a start time before 7am, there will be a surcharge of £100.
